A heart is normally a symbol of love. Just one quick question how did this heart(above) become this heart (below)? If you look at the first one its sort of ugly and bloody. So ya, it looks pretty disgusting. The one next to it though is pretty and pink. I don't exactly get how that happened.
I do think that, if you picture the lovely and not human one, than I think it could still be a symbol of love.As said in this article, the "vein of love," ran directly from the heart to the tip of your third finger of your left hand which is where we wear our wedding rings. So whenever you touch hands with your loved one, the love for each other fill each others entire body. For one thing it's beautiful. Isn't that what you think of each other? Also it is very fragile like your relationship. Say or do something and it could either, one make your relationship very awkward or two ruin it and you break up. Also some people say it means that the person you love will always be in your heart. Also Cupid's arrow has a heart at the end of it. Which normally means love at first sight.
Many things are symbols of love but, none as puzzling as this one I mean seriously look at it! It's gross!
I've often wondered about your original question at the top. Nice job. :)
ReplyDeleteThis is a really good statement. I mean it got me thinking "how did that heart become the other heart." You are a good writer and I really love this post. Also this post is very helpful when you think about it, and if people don't understand what the symbol of love is they just need to remember it’s what love at first sight is.
